Greetings from the best location in the nation! You will soon learn that I 💜 Cleveland - even our not-so fun winters. (Cleveland was even my nickname once upon a time!)

I love real estate too -- which is why we're both here! I hope this blog serves as an informative resource.  Please don't just use it as a resource - if you have more questions, don't hesitate to give me a call. Or send me an email or text. As you get to know me, you'll come to understand that I'm a pretty casual, laid-back person, BUT making sure my clients are happy is of the utmost importance, and something I take very seriously.

So join me for some of my thoughts on real estate, and maybe a few Cleveland recommendations along the way.

Sincerely,

Feelings...Help You Find Home

Posted by: Joanne Davis

When buying a home, you need to pay attention to your senses and how a home makes you feel. And you need to respect what you feel.

Are there things in the home that you really like, but others that bother you immediately during your initial walk-though? Are they items that can be changed, or is it something like kitchen layout that will bother you every time you cook?

Are making those changes in your immediate budget? Could you live with those items until you can change them? If not, I recommend walking away. Otherwise, those items you don’t like now can become more of an annoyance in the months and years to come.

** Don’t worry, a better home IS  out there for you – I assure you. **

Back to your senses. And I'm talking beyond sight and smell.  Do you walk in and have the feeling like this is your home? Does it feel comfortable? Can you envision yourself living there? It’s one of the most important things I ask my clients. Do you love it because it checks a bunch of boxes on your list, or do you love it because as soon as you walked in it just felt right? If it’s the latter, it’s time to make an offer on your future home!

Give me a call or send me an email so I can help you find your perfect space.  For me, one of the greatest feelings is seeing when clients realize they are standing in the doorway to their future.
